Having travelled the world as the frontman of Scottish Indie giants, Idlewild, acclaimed songwriter Roddy Woomble entered the fray as a solo artist over 10 years ago with his debut album, ‘My Secret Is My Silence’. Now established as a leading voice in the thriving British contemporary Indie Folk music scene, these dates are in further support of his album, ‘The Deluder’, as it takes a darker more lo-fi direction held together by Woomble’s trademark poetic lyrics, “evocative vocals and consummate gift for a tune.”
