Dry Cleaning, a South London band consisting of Nick Buxton (drums), Tom Dowse (guitar), Lewis Maynard (bass) and Florence Shaw (vocals), has signed to 4AD.
Last year, the four-piece released two taut EPs Boundary Road Snacks and Drinks and Sweet Princess last year, both written in bassist Maynard’s mother’s miniscule garage space. Currently working on their debut album, the band has announced UK and European tour dates for the Autumn, including a show at the Trades Club.
