Professor Jeff Halper, a Jewish Israeli, is the director of the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD), an academic, author of many books on Palestine/ Israel, political activist and founding member of the One Democratic State Campaign.
- Jeff Halper will discuss: why the “two-state solution” is dead (and was never alive)
- the need to move beyond ‘protest’ and work towards a political end-game that will liberate historic Palestine from settler-colonialism, occupation and apartheid
- the One Democratic State Campaign a Palestinian-led initiative with a 10-point programme for a establishing a single democratic state, with equal rights for all, between the Mediterranean and the Jordan River
