Visiting The Trades Club

Getting Here

The club is half a mile – less than 10 minutes walk – from Hebden Bridge train station. There are regular trains to Hebden Bridge from Manchester, which usually take around 30 minutes, and from Leeds, about 40 minutes. If you’re driving, Hebden Bridge is on the A646 – eight miles west of Halifax and 14 miles north-east of Rochdale. There are a few car parks in the town, all within easy walking distance of the club. Bear in mind they can be busy, especially during the day. Taxis will generally stop right outside the venue. Several buses stop near the venue on New Road.

Food & Drink

The bar at the Trades Club has a wide selection of drinks and is open to all, Sunday to Thursday 4pm-11pm and Friday to Saturday 4pm-2am (open earlier if there’s a daytime event).

Food is provided by Hannah’s Waroeng Indonesian Street Food and Dapur Nin’s Indonesian Cuisine, from 4pm to 9pm every day. You can eat in or take away and there’s no need to book.

Hebden Bridge is a popular market town and tourist destination so it’s a good idea to book early. Performance Times

If you’re coming to a gig, check the website for door times. Performances usually start around half an hour after doors open. But times can vary, so we always recommend coming early to avoid disappointment. It also means you can support the support – the stars of tomorrow.
