Formed in the early 90s, My Life Story came to prominence in the Britpop era where they quickly developed a reputation as a captivating live band and, in Jake Shillingford, a prolific and masterful writer of melodic, acerbic pop classics.
The quintet make a welcome to The Trades in June ’23 with Shillingford leading from the front. Expect hits like 12 Reasons Why I Love Her, Sparkle, It’s A Girl Thing, and many more.
