Michael Head & The Red Elastic Band return to the stage this spring following a short hiatus. The band will be revisiting some of their favourite rooms while also taking in new stages, with further live dates planned later in the year. Confirmed shows include the Trades Club in Hebden Bridge, the Tolbooth in Stirling, The Grove in Newcastle, and two nights at District in Liverpool. This May marks two years since the release of Loophole, the acclaimed follow-up to Dear Scott, continuing a catalogue that has earned Michael Head a devoted audience and lasting critical admiration
Joanne Head is an emerging vocalist from Liverpool who made a highly acclaimed solo debut supporting Michael Head & the Red Elastic Band at a sold-out show in Leek in 2024. Her performance was warmly received, showcasing her distinctive voice and stage presence. Building on this momentum, Joanne is now working on her debut album, set to be released later this year, marking an exciting new chapter in her musical journey.
Having spent years perfecting her craft behind the scenes, Joanne is now ready to share her own voice and stories with the world.
