The people of Rojava in North Syria are creating an economy based on solidarity, with co-operatives at its centre, as part of a far-reaching and truly democratic revolution. In this Kurdish majority region, the society is being re-shaped, bottom-up, with local commune assemblies at its base and women’s liberation and ecology at the front and centre of the movement.
Come to this talk by members of the Plan C organisation to find out how volunteers from the UK are supporting people in Rojava and how you can support them too.
