We’re delighted to announce the line-up for the second BBC Radio 3 Northern Drift programme, which is being recorded on WEDNESDAY 17TH NOVEMBER.
We’ll be treated to an evening with one of the north of England’s most significant musicians, the folk singer Eliza Carthy, accompanied on the melodeon by Saul Rose. Two writers will be joining the mix: the Leeds born performance poet Khadijah Ibrahiim and the Barnsley born poet Andrew McMillan whose first collection won the Guardian First Book Award and a Somerset Maugham Award.
This event is fully booked.
